  • Authentication Data: Mobile numbers for OTP-based secure login.
  • Business Identity Data: Your business name, GSTIN, billing address, logo, and authorized signatory details.
  • Operational Data: Customer details, product catalogs, service pricing, broker networks, and transport routes you enter into the Platform.
  • Financial & Transaction Data: Details of invoices, delivery challans, and quotations you generate, as well as subscription payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To facilitate the creation and management of GST-compliant invoices and business documents.
  • To authenticate users securely via OTP mechanisms.
  • To manage your subscription, process payments, and provide customer support.
  • To maintain compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act and related regulations.

4. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use Razorpay for processing subscription payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction and is not stored by us.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure server infrastructure, to protect your business data. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and is strictly accessible only by authenticated sessions tied to your mobile number.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties.
