1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing and using the My QuickInvoice platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. My QuickInvoice provides GST invoicing and business management tools for MSMEs operating within India.

2. User Responsibilities & Tax Compliance

As a user of the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial data, GSTIN details, HSN/SAC codes, and tax rates entered into the Platform.
  • My QuickInvoice is a software utility and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • You are strictly responsible for ensuring that all documents generated meet the requirements of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 and subsequent amendments.

3. Subscriptions & Free Tier

The Platform offers a limited free tier allowing the creation of up to 5 invoices. To exceed this limit, users must purchase an active subscription plan.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where expressly mandated by Indian law.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice.
  • If a subscription lapses, your account will be locked from creating new documents until renewed, though historical data will remain accessible.

4. Payments and Billing

We use Razorpay as a third-party payment gateway for processing subscription payments. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My QuickInvoice, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your use of this Platform. Specifically, we are not liable for any penalties, audits, or legal actions brought against you by tax authorities (e.g., the GST Council) due to incorrect invoicing, data entry errors, or misuse of the Platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent invoicing, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Apple Standard EULA

For users downloading this app from the Apple App Store, this agreement incorporates Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app and purchasing subscriptions, you also agree to Apple's Standard EULA, which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
